Chef has donned his flares and wing-collared whites and created a classic 1970’s menu for a 3 course trip down memory lane for your tastebuds.  Think of the dishes from 40 years ago, then add flavour to them and treat yourself to a  night of classic culinary experiences. 

 A timeless prawn cocktail or chicken liver pate to start, the classic chicken chasseur (not from a jar) or salmon en-croute as a main course and the ultimate homemade individual black forest gateaux or peach melba to finish your meal.

Any need for Blue Nun or Babycham?

It’s a fancy dress affair if the mood takes you.  After dinner, there will be a chance to boogey and sing along/laugh at others on the karaoke.
